A 103km loop from Castiglione d'Orcia covering the 'Classic Valdorcia' and 'Mountain Valdorcia' sections of the Tuscany Crossing route. The course passes the landmark Rocca di Tentennano fortress, descends to the iconic thermal pool of Bagno Vignoni, traverses UNESCO-listed landscapes through Pienza and San Quirico d'Orcia, and climbs to the high point at Vivo d'Orcia (1,050m). The route follows the white gravel roads (strade bianche) and singletrack that define the Val d'Orcia.
