100K out-and-back on the Kokopelli Trail with a Western States qualifier on the line
Other trail races within 97 miles
The flagship distance tackles an out-and-back along the legendary Kokopelli Trail, climbing to the Western Rim mesa for sweeping views of canyon country. Runners navigate technical desert singletrack, slickrock, and exposed mesa terrain through seven aid stations deep in the Colorado desert. A dual qualifier: sub-20-hour finishers earn a Western States 100 entry, and all finishers accumulate UTMB Running Stones.
