After a technical descent, runners return to the salt for the final miles to the finish. With only two crew-accessible aid stations, self-sufficiency is important. Finishes Friday evening with a 14-hour cutoff.

Car camping on the Bonneville Salt Flats at the Start/Finish area in dry years. Event toilets provided. Portable fire pits only — no open fires on the salt. All ash and refuse must be taken off the salt.
