A two-night full moon odyssey through the Topatopa Mountains above Ojai, covering 100 miles of fire roads and singletrack with 26,393 feet of vertical gain. Starting at 5 PM on a Friday under a full moon, runners tackle four deep canyon out-and-back legs and collect summit bracelets at iconic high points including Topa Topa Bluffs (6,379 ft) and Chief Peak. Aid stations serve everything from energy gels to quesadillas and warm soups. The race is defined by an irreverent, festive culture — propeller hats at mile 3, mid-race food challenges, and Limoncello shots at mile 70. Founded in 2008 by trail running folk hero Chris Scott and revived in 2023 by RD Mauricio Puerto.

On-site car camping and small tent camping at Rock Tree Sky Learning Center (5-acre property). No large RVs. Water and restroom facilities at the start/finish area. No camp stoves on the field (concrete patio available). Nearby: Dension Park Campground (2 miles), Camp Comfort (Ojai), Ventura Ranch KOA (down the street from start), Steckel Park in Santa Paula (tents and RV hookups), and hotels in Ojai and Ventura.
