The flagship race of North Bend Trail Fest and the championship final of the Vert Running Series. From Torguson Park the course runs into the Little Si trail system, climbs the very steep Old Si Trail to Mt Si, follows the ridge to Mount Teneriffe, then drops back to town. Expect about 1,900 m of climbing on rocky, rooty Pacific Northwest singletrack, long quad-testing descents and plenty of power hiking. Runners enter Elite, Sport or Masters 45+ divisions, and the elite field races for a $4,500 prize purse. It is a cupless race, and runners must carry their own cup or bottle.
