Wyoming's first officially listed Big's Backyard Ultra, run on Casper Mountain's 4.17-mile forested loop at 7,800–8,100 ft elevation. Yards start every hour on the hour beginning at 8:00 AM, with the direction of each yard determined by a coin toss. Runners must be inside the starting corral at the bell with no late starts permitted. No poles, no personal aid during a yard, and no eliminated runners allowed back on course. The last person to complete a yard wins — everyone else is officially a DNF.
