A midnight marathon along Nevada's Extraterrestrial Highway, starting with the 51K from Rachel on the fringe of the Area 51 region. Since 2026 it is a true out-and-back: 13.1 miles out along the paved highway to the turnaround and the same road home. The course climbs gently through open high desert, with aid every two to three miles and gels at the ultra stations. Runners must wear a reflective vest and carry a light, and the course closes after 8 hours.
