A fun single-loop introduction to Cape Mountain's coastal trails, winding through old-growth rainforest with a creek crossing and territorial views of the Pacific headland. The course follows the same fast-flowing, purpose-built equestrian singletrack as the longer distances. Open to youth ages 14–19 at a discounted (and sometimes free) entry through the USATF Mountain, Ultra, Trail Running Youth Initiative.
